These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the robet platform, including all games, services, and features available at robet.bio. Please read them carefully before creating an account or placing any wager.

Only individuals aged 21 and older may register and use the robet platform. This is a strict legal requirement under Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations. Age verification is mandatory before withdrawals are processed. Underage accounts are permanently terminated.
Each player may hold only one active robet account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts. All balances and pending winnings held across duplicate accounts are subject to forfeiture upon discovery.
All promotional offers, welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, and free spins issued by robet are subject to specific wagering requirements. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before meeting wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
robet accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, UnionBank, 7-Eleven, Coins.ph, and USDT TRC20. Withdrawal requests are processed in the order received. Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before any withdrawal is approved. Funds may only be withdrawn to payment methods used for deposits.
Any form of fraud, collusion, use of automated betting tools, exploitation of software errors, or money laundering through the robet platform is strictly prohibited. robet reserves the right to immediately suspend any account and withhold funds pending investigation where such activity is suspected.
robet provides deposit limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion tools to every account holder. For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:
By creating an Account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager on robet, you unconditionally accept and agree to these Terms and Conditions, together with robet's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.
Your acceptance is deemed to have occurred at the earlier of: (a) your completion of the Account registration process; or (b) your first access to any game, service, or feature of the Platform.
If you are using the Platform on behalf of any third party or entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that party to these Terms. robet does not accept corporate or third-party account registrations and expressly prohibits playing on behalf of another individual.
To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on robet, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:
robet reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof within the timeframe specified by robet may result in Account suspension and withholding of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.
Each eligible individual may register one (1) Account on the robet Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether using different email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or any other means of circumventing the single-account requirement — is strictly prohibited.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and a valid Philippine mobile number. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information throughout the life of your Account.
In compliance with PAGCOR regulations and anti-money laundering requirements under the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended), robet requires all Players to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification before processing any withdrawal request.
KYC verification requires the submission of the following documents:
robet will review submitted KYC documents within twenty-four (24) hours under normal operating conditions. robet reserves the right to request additional documentation if the submitted materials are unclear, expired, or insufficient for verification purposes.
Accounts where KYC verification cannot be satisfactorily completed will have withdrawal functionality suspended until the matter is resolved. In cases of suspected fraud or identity falsification, the Account will be permanently terminated and the matter may be referred to relevant Philippine authorities.
robet accepts deposits via the following payment methods: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI Online, BDO Online, UnionBank Online, 7-Eleven (via payment reference), Coins.ph, and USDT TRC20. Payment method availability may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.
The minimum deposit amount is Philippine Peso (PHP) 100. robet does not impose a standard maximum deposit limit, though individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits.
All funds deposited into your robet Wallet must be sourced from payment accounts registered in your own name. robet does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Discovery of third-party funding may result in Account suspension and return of the deposited amount to the originating payment method pending investigation.
robet does not charge fees for standard deposits. Third-party payment providers may impose their own transaction fees, which are the sole responsibility of the Player.
Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:
The minimum withdrawal amount is PHP 200. Standard withdrawal requests are processed within thirty (30) minutes to two (2) hours during normal operating conditions. Withdrawals flagged for enhanced review may take up to forty-eight (48) hours.
robet reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing withdrawal requests that exceed defined thresholds or that are flagged by robet's fraud detection systems. This is a compliance obligation and does not imply wrongdoing on the part of the Player.
robet may from time to time offer promotional bonuses, welcome packages, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and other incentives. All such offers are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion:
robet monitors betting patterns for evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-risk wagering strategies designed to meet wagering requirements with minimal financial exposure while maximizing bonus conversion. Where bonus abuse is identified, robet reserves the right to void the bonus and any associated winnings.
All games offered on the robet Platform are sourced from licensed and certified third-party game providers, including but not limited to JILI Gaming, Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, Evolution Gaming, and SA Gaming. Each provider maintains current third-party certification of Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages from recognized independent testing laboratories.
The rules governing individual games — including betting limits, payout structures, and specific game mechanics — are determined by the respective game provider. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the specific rules of each game before placing wagers.
In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or software error during a game round, robet will take reasonable steps to reconstruct the game state from server logs. If reconstruction is not possible, the affected wager may be voided and the staked amount returned to the Player's Wallet. No claims for winnings arising from game malfunctions will be honored.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the robet Platform. Any Player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their Account immediately suspended, all pending withdrawals frozen pending investigation, and may be permanently banned:
robet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
Upon Account termination for cause, robet may withhold any outstanding balance pending investigation. Where no wrongdoing is established following investigation, Real Money Funds will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon termination in all circumstances.
Players who wish to voluntarily close their Account in good standing may request Account closure via the live chat support team. Closure requests are processed within five (5) business days, and outstanding Real Money Funds are disbursed to the Player's registered payment method.

All content on the robet Platform — including but not limited to trademarks, trade names, logos, graphics, game interfaces, website design, text, software, audio, and video — is the proprietary intellectual property of robet or its licensed content providers.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any portion of the Platform's content without express written authorization from robet.
Any unauthorized use of robet's intellectual property may constitute an infringement of applicable Philippine intellectual property laws and international treaties, and may expose the infringing party to civil and criminal liability.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, robet's aggregate liability to any Player in connection with the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money Funds deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
robet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings due to technical failure, loss of data, or loss of access to your Account.
robet makes no warranty that the Platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may cause temporary unavailability of the Platform or specific games.
robet collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. The collection and use of your personal data is governed in full by robet's Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
By registering an Account on robet, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data for the purposes of Account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and improvement of the Platform's services.
robet does not sell your personal data to third parties. Your data is shared only with licensed KYC verification service providers, payment processors, regulatory authorities where required by law, and game providers to the minimum extent necessary for the delivery of their services.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
Prior to initiating any formal legal proceedings, robet strongly encourages Players to contact the robet customer support team to attempt resolution of any dispute through direct communication. robet is committed to resolving legitimate player disputes promptly, fairly, and in good faith.
Players who are dissatisfied with robet's resolution of a dispute may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's Player Protection Unit for independent review, in accordance with PAGCOR's established dispute resolution procedures.
robet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any provision of these Terms at any time. Amended Terms will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.
Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect Player rights, obligations, or financial terms — robet will provide advance notice to registered Players via the email address or mobile number on file, with at least seven (7) days' notice prior to the amended Terms taking effect.
Your continued use of the robet Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you should cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 11 of these Terms.
